Packing process

(1) Menu storage and memory function

The controller can save a variety of parameter configurations, and the recipe can be used when the product or packaging film is replaced by calling out the formula on the touch screen.

(2) Bag length unlimited

The industry-leading electronic cam algorithm, the bag length range is from 60mm to unlimited length, the bag length is set and cut immediately in one step, saving time and film

(3) No product, no bag function/ Anti-cutting function

Advanced electronic anti-cutting, electronic anti-empty bag algorithm. The empty material film stops, saving packaging materials.

(4) 3-Servo motor/PLC control

The horizontal seal is controlled by an independent servo motor, and the longitudinal seal and the feeding tailstock are controlled by a frequency conversion motor. The mechanical structure is simple, the operation is stable, and the noise is low.

(5)High precision

The feeding speed is automatically tracked, and the packaging machine automatically accelerates and decelerates. High speed, higher precision, double knife speed can reach 300 packs/min, error ±1mm.

(6) Man-machine interface, convenient and quick parameter setting, automatic tracking of color code, automatic correction of cutting length. Digitally input the sealing and cutting position to make the sealing and cutting position more accurate.
