It widely used to press coal powder into round/six prismatic/square coal bar with certain intensity. The new process that burning in the gas making furnace replace the traditional process that produce gas by burning lump coal and briquettes. During produce coal bars by coal bar machine, make full use of coal powder, no need to add lime, reduce the cost of fuel, improve the calorific value of coal, so it has High economic benefit. Besides, coal bar machine is with small size, no need carbonization and drying equipment, no need steam, so it can save money and reduce the floor area. At the same time, by using coal bar machine, manufacturers can effectively use cheap coal fines to replace expensive lump coal, thus reduce production cost and improve economic benefit.
