High Speed Continuous Double Shaft Mixer Paddle Organic Fertilizer Horizontal Mixer Machine Production Line
Double shaft mixer is used for mixing materials continuously & uniformly. During mixing the materials can be uniformly mixed with binder, after mixer; the blended materials can be continuously sent to the conveyor, transmit to the next equipment.
Double shaft mixer is used for coal, coal slurry, fly ash, sludge, mineral powder, clay, oxidation iron, coal slurry, sludge, clay, fly ash etc. With the good effect on mixing & blending.

1).The double shaft mixer is a new type of blending machine for compost, manure,concentrated fertilizer,additive premix,feed stuff,fodder, etc.
2).In order to improve the mixing uniformity; we use new rotor structure, the rotor and mixing chamber are so close to the minimum gap which can be adjusted to zero mm,

Product Application

Working principle
The machine is equipped with two shafts which rotates and makes the paddles on it rotate in two different directions.
The paddle mixes the material in both axial and radial direction, thus mix the material evenly in a short time.
Advantages:
1)The machine can convey the material to the discharging hole while it mix the material, thus suitable to work in continues line.
2)The rotating speed and structure of the paddle can reduce the gravity of the material, so the difference of granule size and specific gravity is ignored. Vigorous agitation reduce the mixing time and even the granules are different in size and weight, they can still be mixed evenly.
3)The paddle is like fan shape, so increase the contacting size with the material.
