Introduction of wood charcoal making machine:
wood charcoal making machine adopts two pressure roller ,it uses preloading spiral and forced pressure molding material into the middle of the roll, due to constant speed reverse rotation compression molding material, the unit pressure from small to large until the roller center "0-0", forming unit reach maximum pressure,then rollers go on rolling, as the roller forming pressure lowering, formed ball will separate from roller.
We have three kinds of wood charcoal making machine:
common wood charcoal making machine, powerful wood charcoal making machine , and hydraulic(high pressure)wood charcoal making machine
1.common wood charcoal making machine: mainly uesd for coal and charcoal powder.
We have 290, 360, 430, 520, 670, 800, 1000 models.
2.powerful wood charcoal making machine:for iron, aluminum powder and other minerals
We have 450, 520, 670, 800, 1000 models
3.high pressure(hydraulic)wood charcoal making machine: also called dry powder ball press machine,which is used for Mineral powder, metal powder, coal powder, coke powder and other materials
We have 380, 520, 650, 750, 850, 1000 models
Structure of wood charcoal making machine:
1, the feeding part, is used to feed material so that the material can feed to roller evenly ,it is drived by Spiral comprises electromagnetic motor.
2. The transmission part, main transmission system is: Motor - triangle belt - reducer - Open Gear - roll.
3. Forming part, mainly refers to the part of the host machine, its core part is roller.
Raw material requirements of wood charcoal making machine:
coal powder, charcoal powder, metallic powder (FeSi powder), iron scale, iron sludge, precipitator dust, iron concentrate, raw material powder, manganese ore fines, slime peat, fireproof material, desulfurized gypsum

Charcoal powder / charcoal dust: raw material powder, silicomanganese alloy, etc.
Coal: Coal powder, middle coal, slime peat, coke powder, lignite etc.
Other material: fireproof material, desulfurization gypsum, dolomite etc.
--- Which shape does your machine produce?
The final shape can be customized by your request.But it is ball or pillow shape.
--- Do i need to mix binder to press?
Yes, you can mix binder or combustion improver. But the binder depends on your material.
The most common binder is starch. It will not influence briquette quality.
