Pillow shape charcoal coke bio char bbq briquette press machine
This machine can use coal dust, charcoal powder, coal slurry, coke, anthracite coal, lignite, iron powder, silicion iron, Hematite/iron ore fines, limeston, fluorite powder, etc as raw materials, and press them into circular or square shapes.
We have three kinds of briquette press machine: Common briquette press machine, high-pressure briquette press machine, and hydraulic briquette press machine.
Which machine is suitable for you depending on your materials.
1. Common briquette press machine: charcoal powder, coal powder, iron powder,etc. Advantage: price is cheaper
2. High pressure briquette press machine: Some mine ore. Advantage: Dencity of final briquette is good than common one.
3. Hydraulic briquette press machine: some special materials, or moisture 4%-5% dry mine powder. Advantage: Capacity is higher, various materials. But the cost is higher.
Common cheap briquette press machine: 300, 360 model
High pressure briquette press machine: 430, 520, 670, 850, 1000
Hydraulic dry powder briquette press machine: 380, 520, 670, 850, 1000
Spare parts: rollers
Roller material of Common briquette press machine: 65Mn, sevice time: 12months.(Casting rollers)
Roller Material of hydraulic briquette press machine: 9Cr2Mo, the service time is 10-12month(depends on your hardness of your materials)

Requirement of feeding materials
--- Feeding size is powder, size is less than 5mm
--- Feeding moisture should be 4%-5%
--- Available materials: lime powder, Mg powder, iron powder, refractory powder, fluorite powder,etc.
Shapes of final briquettes:
Egg-shaped,oval-shaped,pillow-shaped,circular-shaped,square-shaped,columnar-shaped,cake-shaped ball, etc.
The final size can be customized by your requirement. Our machine can produce 5-120mm
