Product description:
The wellhead water cut analyzer alc05- II is mainly used to measure the water cut in the oil field metering room and behind the multi-channel valve group. It can be installed on the process flow of the metering outlet of the electric multi-way valve or the manual valve group in the metering room to measure the water cut of the liquid from the multi-channel single well. It is directly connected with the process pipeline through two DN50 (customized for other specifications) flanges, realizing the functions of online real-time sampling and non real-time measurement. The structure and measurement method of the wellhead water cut analyzer eliminate the influence of gas or other impurities in the crude oil on the water cut measurement results, and improve the measurement accuracy. In addition, the water content meter also has the function of over temperature protection. The temperature sensor is installed at the inlet pipe. When the medium temperature is detected to be up to the set value of "over temperature protection", the measuring pipe is closed without sampling, so as to protect the probe rod.

Technical features:
The wellhead water cut analyzer alc05- II is generally composed of two pipe sections that are mutually bypassed. One of the pipe sections is equipped with a measuring probe, which is called the measuring pipe section, and the other section is not equipped with a measuring probe, which is called the bypass pipe section. Automatic switching between measuring pipe section and bypass pipe section. The measurement process consists of the following steps: switching sampling, preliminary measurement and analysis, heating stratification, layered scanning measurement of water content, and calculation of comprehensive water content. When the liquid flow channel is switched to the bypass pipe section, the medium originally flowing through the measuring pipe section is intercepted, and can be static, heated, layered and scanned for measurement at any set time interval. As a relatively static measurement environment is created, the stratification time of gas-liquid and impurities can be very long, with the aid of heating, so good measurement accuracy can be achieved. In addition to outputting water content measurement results, the instrument can even measure the gas-liquid ratio under working conditions.
