Food Sanitary Stainless Steel Water Purifier Storage Tank Holding Vessel Pressure Tank
Field of Application:
- Can be used as blending tank, mixing tank, preparation tank, fermentation vessel, sterilization tank and aging tank etc.
- Ideal for food, dairy processing, fruit juice beverages, pharmaceutical, beer and wine brewing, chemical and biological engineering industries.
Structure Characteristics:
- Tank body consists of internal and external shell, with insulation in between.
- Single walled tanks also available upon request.
- Fabricated from cold-rolled sanitary stainless steel (AISI 304 or 316.)
- Humanized design, easy to operate.
- Interior welds are ground smooth, passivated and polished. Transitional areas are made into arc shaped blends to ensure no dead zones of sanitation.
- Top and bottom are either conical or flat, and designed to be self-draining with no potential hold up of its contents.
Tank Configuration:
- Quick opening manway.
- Various types of CIP cleaners.
- Sanitary breathing cover to keep out flies and insects.
- Adjustable triangular legs.
- Dismountable inlet pipe assembly.
- Temperature probe (as per customer requirements.)
- Ladder (as per customer requirements.)
- Impellers available for different applications: flat blade, bar turbine, anchor, propeller three blades, axial flow four blades, axial flow three blades, double spiral, etc.;
- Jacket (Miller board, hollow jacket or coil pipe jacket are available as per customer requirements.)
- Liquid level probe and level controller (as per customer requirements.)
- Vortex breaker / baffles.
