Products Description
SJZ series conical twin-screw extruder is a kind of equipment suitable for extrusion of all kinds of PVC powder. Equipped with different molds and auxiliary machines, it can produce all kinds of PVC plastic pipes, profiles, plates, sheets, bars and granulation.
The screw is cooled by oil cooling system. The drum is cooled by a special air cooling system. The system is controlled by computer. According to different formulation requirements of users, screw with reasonable structure is prepared to achieve plasticization state and logistics quality. All screws are processed by CNC screw milling machine, which can ensure the high consistency of extrusion performance of each similar extrusion equipment. Take the lead in introducing variable pitch and variable depth screw design technology to make the logistics shear and compression in the screw softer and closer to the actual needs. The distribution box is specially designed, and the thrust bearing is especially enlarged. The bearing is imported with original packaging, with high transmission life and can withstand greater extrusion pressure. The electrical system is limited to imported components, and has a number of fault alarm functions, with few faults and convenient troubleshooting. The cooling system is specially designed, with extra large heat dissipation area, rapid cooling, and temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃.

4 The sheet winding device adopts four axes, and the automatic tension control of advanced special moment motor can adjust the speed and tension at will to achieve the flatness of sheet rolling.
5 The temperature control error is 1 ℃, and the plasticizing process, sheet thickness and flatness can be accurately controlled.
6 Plastic sheet extruder hanger die head adopts special double section flow design, which makes plate thickness adjustment more accurate.Temperature control plus or minus 1 ℃ can accurately control the plasticizing process, thickness and flatness of the plate.
7 Three roller calender adopts vertical or 45 degree inclined type, which can be lifted and lowered freely.The thickness of sheet can be controlled precisely by screw adjustment and press wheel bidirectional adjustment.
