Machine test function including:
After assembling the spike needle and cap, use the photoelectric switch check if the spike needle is with cap.
After assembling the water stop membrane to the air inlet plug, use the photoelectric switch check if the water stop membrane has been assembled.
After checking the water stop membrane, gluing the air inlet plug, then assemble to the air inlet of spike needle,
Test if the air inlet is blocked, separated the unqualified products.
The qualified spike needle assembled to the gluing drip chamber.
Check if the drip chamber is assembled with filter. If the filter is in the right position.
Blowing the dust in the assembled drip chamber.
after blowing dust and gluing, the qualified drip chamber delivery to the fifth assembly line.
Test if the drip chamber and spike needle assembled well.
Separate the unqualified products
