RE: We are an OEM & ODM focused Audio manufacturer established in 2012 in Shenzhen, China. And, we have been provided OEM & ODM
services for customers worldwide for more than 10 years.
2. Dose the factory has been audited or verified?
RE: Yes, we are an verified golden supplier. And, we are a manufacturer with ISO 9001:2016, High-tech enterprise and more.
3. What are the major advantages of our factory?
RE: 10 years of international OEM & ODM service experience is the first and best advantage we enjoy.
Besides, we have the R & D team for products of original and private designs over 10 years experiences.
What’s more, we have complete manufacturing facilities, including the reliability testing lab, tooling development department,
plastic injection department, oil spay & logo printing department, and product assembly and packing department.
4. Would you please tell us the brands you are working with?

RE: Yes, most of the products from our factory are original and private designs, and for most of them, we applied the design

7. Do you have testing reports and certificates for headphones & Earphones?
RE: Most of the hot selling models, we have all the necessary and basic certificates and reports, such as, CE (CE-RED, CE-EMC,
CE-LVD), ROHS, FCC ( DSS & DTS ), WEEE, Reach, KC, CB, IEC-62133 report, MSDS, UN38.3, Identification and Classification report
for air transport of goods, Report for safe transport of goods, and more.
8. What’s the quality of the products made in your factory?
RE: In the factory, our quality control department strictly control the quality based on the ISO 9001 standards, the related AQL
standards, or related specific requirements from our customers.
9. What are the major payment term options available?
RE: We accept T/T by company first.
For small batch orders, usually, 100% by T/T in advance.
For big orders, such as 3000 units or 5000 units, we can do based on 30% advance payment, and 70% balance payment before the
delivery date by T/T.
For very big orders, we accept irrevocable L/C at sight.
While, for Ready to Ship orders, please make your orders online. Thanks!
10. What are the packing options for your products?
RE: For small orders, usually, use the existing standard neutral package.
For order more than 1000 units, welcome to customized your brand package.
For headphone and earphones, major package options are blister, window box, gift box, hard gift box, and more.
11. What’s minimum order quantity of your products?
RE: For small orders, we are focused on some hot models and existing options, the MOQ can be no limited.
Usually, for hot selling models customized, the MOQ are 1000 units. For customized color, the MOQ are 3000 units or 5000 units
according to the models.
12. Do you accept small customized orders and provide drop shipping services?
RE: Yes, while, this is for hot selling models only.
The customized logo order can be like 5 units or more.
For drop shipping services, please check with our sales department, we need to check the tariffs and the logistic services and
then get back to you accordingly.
13. What’s the lead time and production capacity of your factory?
RE: For hot selling models only, small orders can be ship within 5 to 7 days.
For big orders, the lead time are 20 to 30 days.
For big values models, such as ANC Headphones, the lead time are 35 to 45 days.
