What is your minimum order quantity(MOQ)? Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is generally 1 unit. The exception however is that for certain items (e.g. labware or consumables) the MOQ may vary. How long are your warranty? All BOYN products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of original installation or 14 months after shipment date from the manufacturer, whichever occurs first.
