Rotogravure for Nickel Plating Machine

(1)Nickel plating machine is automatic slot, only need to input length, diameter, to plating thickness, the system will automatically calculate the current size, plating time and ampere time. 

(2) the frame is made of A3 steel plate and rectangular tube 120X60X6, the left and right vertical plates are made of 16mm steel plate, and the outer cover is made of 1.5 mm 304 stainless steel plate. 

(3) the plating tank and storage tank of nickel machine are made of 20mm PP plate. After welding every corner seam and seam, the strip plate is strengthened for protection. 

(4) the roller is driven by chain/gear, the power of motor is 1.5 kw, the speed ratio of reducer is 1.5, and the speed of rotation is driven by synchronous belt. 

(5) the nickel anode bar is fixed, and the anode rod is fixedly connected with 80 × 6mm copper plate with the size of cross section, and is insulated from the frame. 

(6) the upper liquid pump adopts the titanium pump under the liquid, the flow rate is 16T/h, the filter adopts the single link 15 cores 1.
