Advantages
FYGRP flange manufacturing method has been applied for international patent, mold integrated molding design, made in vacuum introduction process, deformation is particularly small, different from manual flange products with the shortcomings of surface bubbles, uneven force, high resin content, low strength. Using the vacuum introduction process can significantly improve the strength and pressure quality of the product, overcoming the shortcomings of the past manual flanges.
Manufacturing process
Grinding mold, cleaning mold, dewaxing, painting 100% resin soaked surface felt, then according to the design layer to place glass fiber, then vacuum, finally wetting resin, curing into the flange blank, after demoulding for hole repair.
