Product Description
Type: Pressure sensitive hot melt adhesive
Application: Apply for nylon hook loop tape, foam tapes and double-face tapes,etc.
Feature: Light color, good initial tack, excellent holding power, strong peeling strength, excellent anti-aging properties and temperature resistance.
Physical Properties:
Appearance: Yellowish, transparent
Viscosity:
3200±500 cps @ 180℃
5800±800cps @160℃
Softening point: 98±5℃
Usage guidance
1) Suggested operation temperature: 160℃-180℃.
2) Suggested tooling method: hot-melt blade coating.
3) Suggested cleaning method: Clean the equipment with mineral oil at 120℃. Then flush it with the same type
adhesive below 170℃.
