Wuhan Morntrip Trading Co., Ltd. is the branch office of Xiantao Tongda Non-woven Products Co., Ltd. We were established in 2004, and we are a professional manufacturer of disposable non-woven products. Covering an area of 50,000 square meters, Tongda located in Xiantao city, the most famous place of domestic non-woven industry, which also has the most complete supply chain system and the richest production experience of non-woven products in China. Xiantao is only two hours drive away from Wuhan port, the biggest inland port of China, which is very convenient and economical for FCL transportation.
Focused on non-woven product manufacturing, R&D, and marketing for more than 20 years, we have developed into a large-scale manufacturer. We have integrated a complete product supply chain, which including raw material production, finished product processing, packaging, and transportation. More than 20 years' production experience also made us become one of the most famous KOL in this field.
Our factory is certified with China medical device production license, CE and ISO 13485 by TUV Rheinland. Our main products including disposable medical masks, coveralls, surgical gowns, lab coats, doctor caps, bedsheets, shoe covers, and other kinds of protective equipment. We also produce non-woven fabrics by ourselves, including spun-bond, melt-blown, and SMS non-woven.
In order to stay competitive in this field, we have been always improving ourselves:
1. Started operating Morntrip brand in 2015, which has become a famous export trading company in Wuhan exporting field.
2. In 2017, we imported a non-woven fabric production line of SMS from Japan, which can produce both spun-bond and melt-blown polypropylene.
3. Over 30,000m2 modernized new dust-free workshops were put into production in 2018, which made our total production bases more than 50,000 m2, total employees over 300.
4. In 2019, our annual sales reached 200 million RMB, non-woven fabric annual output over 7,000 tons, and delivered finished products over 30 pieces of 40HQ container every month.
5. We were designated mask suppliers to help prevent the pandemic since February 2020. And, we were the first batch of factories listed on both non-medical and medical mask white list of the Chine Ministry of Commerce.
Our customers are from all over the world, such as North & South America, Europe, Middle East, East Asia, South East Asia, and so on.
