Our 360 sets knitting machine including the 10G,13G and 15G Which can knit about 4000 dozens liner per day . |

3.Dipping line |
We own PU coating line, sandy nitrile dipping line and Latex coating line which can dip about 5000 dozens liner per day. |

4.Sewing |
Our 50 sewing worker team mainly dealing with anti impact glove(TPR glove) with production 450 dozens per day . |

1. Q:Are you a factory or trading company?
A:We are a glove factory(both on the glove liner knitting and PU/Nitrile coating)more than 13 years.
2.Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A:You can fly to Shanghai Airport,we will pick you up in Shanghai to Nantong about 2 hours.Sincerely welcome you visit our factory anytime.
3.Q:Do you have CE certificate of your products?
A:We are cooperating with CTC, and TUV test labs for many years. Most gloves with CE certificates.
4.Q:How can I get some samples?
A: Upon we received you samples,we will OEM your sample about 2 days,or we make the sample according to your idea.
5.Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
Six steps make sure you are buying the qualified goods:
Step 1: Raw materials checking,and a trial production before batch producing.
(all glove liners will be wear on hand mould to make all our data in glove machine are Mold closing during the trial producing.)
Step 2: Skilful workers pick out faulty ones while cutting extra thread;
Step 3: Overlocking staff collect faulty glove shell;
Step 4:Demoulding worker pick out the faulty ones on Dipping lines.
Step 5: Packing staff take out faulty ones when packing;
Step 6: QC manager spot check before leaving warehouse.
6. Q:Warranty
A:We accept customer’s returns if there were quality problem.
7. Q:Shipping Service
A:We would like book vessel for our customer by our own shipping company;meanwhile we also like to cooperate the customer’s shipping agent to arrange vessel space.
