Uhmw-pe refers to polyethylene material with molecular weight of more than 1.5 million. Uhmw-pe high molecular weight gives it excellent performance, it almost concentrated the advantages of all kinds of engineering plastics, with wear resistance, impact resistance, self-lubrication, corrosion resistance, low temperature resistance, health and environmental protection, not easy to adhere, not water absorption, small density and other comprehensive performance. Kenuo technology draws lessons from foreign technology on the basis of independent research and development of UHMW-PE large plate production technology and Irregular parts technology, is listed as a new technical project.

2 fender veneer anti-impact plate wear resistance is strong, its wear resistance strength is nylon 66 and ptfe 5 times, is 7 times of carbon steel.
3. Fender friction coefficient is small, only 0.07-0.11, and has good self-lubrication.
4. Fender stick panel has good non-adhesion and is easy to clean the surface adhesion.
5. Chemical stability of Fender stick panel, most inorganic, organic acid, alkali, salt and organic solvents are not corrosive to UHMW-PE.
6. Fender stick panel has excellent aging resistance, and its aging life is more than 50 years under natural light.
