1.Are you a manufacturer or foreign trade company?
We are an experienced manufacturer, and have our own factory and warehouse. In Guangzhou, we also have the store and warehouse.
2.What can I buy from you?
We produce auto lamps, mirror, bumpers,grilles, dashboards, doors and other auto parts.
3.What if I can't find the items I need?
Maybe we have not uploaded them, even if we cannot produce, we still help you find it through other channels, so please contact us immediately if you are in this situation.
4.How long can I receive the goods?
It depends on the mode of transport and the destination. Firstly, Commercial express, such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, about 5-10 days. Secondly, China Post, EMS, 15-25 days. Thirdly, rail or sea transportation, at least one month.
5.Can I customize the packaging?And What is your terms of packing?
Yes, we could. Also custom packaging can be free, such as shipping mark and some special packaging requirements.
Generally, we pack our goods in neutral boxes and cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
6.How do I know about the production?
We will double confirm your requirements and send you the sample before the mass production. During the mass production, we will keep you informed of any progress. Besides, we will do 100% quality inspection before shipment.
7. What is your terms of payment and delivery?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
8. What is your sample policy?
We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
