We mainly have digital print, silk print,hand painting and UV Printing. We import the Korean painting machine. It prints in good quality quickly. The quality of print ink also meets the standard of CE. Further more, we make a liquid protecting film on the surface of digital printing. The liquid protection is also imported abroad. Stitching | We use high quality professional inflatable sewing machines imported from Japan, the computer-controlled cutter imported from USA. All seams are double stitched (triple stitching in some parts, fourfold/quadruple stitching at bottom stress point) and reinforcement strips stitched on all mattress seams; Double stitching inside and double stitching outside, and to make sure the inflatables are strong enough. The product we stitching is delicate and safe. | ||||||

All inflatable item are made by high durability,laminated,fire-retardant, waterproof tested PVC Tarpaulin, which has 3 layers, two coated side with a strong net inside. Zipper | We make enough air out zipper to deflate quickly for each item according to the requirement of EN14960. We do reinforcement for all the zipper joints, and above the zipper, there is a zipper cover by velcro material which is help to disperse the zipper's stress. | ||||||
