Good water-reducing rate: The product has good water-reducing performance at low dosage, especially in high-grade concrete (above C50), and its highest water-reducing rate can reach 45%;Excellent plastic retention performance: Because the steric hindrance of the extended polymer side chain effectively hinders the secondary agglomeration between cement particles, the product has high dispersion performance and can maintain this performance for a long time, realizing concrete mixing. The compound has excellent plastic retention ability.Good early strength and reinforcement effect: Under the same conditions, the early strength and reinforcement effect of concrete mixed with this product are higher than other types of superplasticizers.Greatly improve the durability of concrete: the low alkali content of this product, and because the water reducing agent is an air-entraining water reducing agent, it can significantly reduce the alkali-aggregate reaction of concrete and improve the freeze-thaw resistance of concrete.Dimensional stability: The concrete mixed with this product has effectively improved its shrinkage and creep properties, has good high dimensional stability, and reduces the risk of cracks.

How to use
DOSAGE
Usually,the product dosage range is 0.3%-1.0% of the cementitious material.
Recommended dosage: In general, the recommended dosage for concrete batching plants is 0.4% of the cementitious material. {The specific dosage needs to be adjusted according to the materials}

INSTRUCTIONS
HUAXUAN KH-204 polycarboxylate high-performance water reducer is usually diluted with water into a liquid with a solid content of about 10%-20% before use.
For example, add water(750 kg) to HUAXUAN KH-204(205 kg) ,and stir them evenly, you will get 1 MT water reducing agent ready to use.
At the same time, other admixtures can also be added to increase product performance.
For example, you can use HUAXUAN KH-204 to prepare Early stength high range water reducing agent/Concrete enhancer.
FORMULA:HUAXUAN KH-204 + sodium gluconate or sucrose + air entraining agent
When the daily average temperature is 20℃, the dosage of sodium gluconate is 4-8% of KH-204.
When the daily average temperature is above 30℃, the dosage of sodium gluconate is 8-12% of KH-204.
If sucrose is used as retarder, the dosage is half of sodium gluconate, and the dosage of air-entraining agent is 0.02% of KH-204.
When the daily average temperature is above 30℃, the dosage of sodium gluconate is 8-12% of KH-204.
