SXE-460 sewing machine (programmable) is a machine that makes a booklet into a booklet and a book block by locking the wire. The machine has the characteristics of stable operation, low noise, convenient operation, high speed and safety, and wide binding range. Widely used in bulk binding of paperback or hardcover books. This machine adopts programmable control system, which has function of detect and prompt broken wire, broken needle, unhooked line, multiple stickers and less stickers in the production process. Moreover, the factor of paper feeding instability caused by the thickness of the paper is overcome, and the stability during use and the range of use (thin needles, dense needle sets) are greatly improved.
