The customizable well electric furnace is mainly composed of outer cover, inner cylinder, convection cylinder, burner, bottom mixing circulating fan, forced cooling fan, methanol cracking furnace, etc.
The shell of the shaft electric furnace body is made of steel welded into a barrel shape, and the shaft furnace is made of 0.6g/cm3 ultra light energy-saving refractory bricks. The load-bearing parts and collision prone parts are made of heavy refractory bricks. During masonry, an appropriate amount of water glass is added to the slurry to improve the structural strength of the furnace lining.
There are many kinds of well resistance furnaces, which are widely used. They mainly work in natural atmosphere or protective atmosphere to heat treat or sinter long metal workpieces (rods and long shafts).
Most of the well type resistance furnaces are cylindrical. Because the furnace body is long, in order to install the workpiece and facilitate operation, large and medium-sized well type resistance furnaces are usually installed in the pit, and only part of them are exposed on the ground. The structure of external heating well resistance furnace, the furnace shell is processed from steel plate, and the furnace lining structure is similar to that of box resistance furnace, which is composed of thermal insulation, refractory layer and thermal insulation layer. According to different working temperatures, it is divided into high temperature, medium temperature and low temperature well resistance furnaces, each with different lining materials. In order to reduce the volume of some well resistance furnaces, the furnace body and cover adopt water-cooling mode. This kind of furnace has no fire-resistant layer and thermal insulation layer, and uses metal materials as thermal insulation screen. Its energy consumption is much greater than that of the furnace lining made of thermal insulation materials.
