Petroleum Equipment Machinery High Pressure Fluid Control Products Choke Valve
Choke valves are mainly used for flow and pressure adjustment in HP pipelines. We provide two types of choke valves: fixed and adjustable. The adjustable choke valves can be divided into needle, plunger and orifice plate type. They can be manually or hydraulically operated, and conform to API 6A and 16C. Flow and pressure can be adjusted through changing fluid passage section by cone surface of needle type valve bar, vertical movement of plunger or rotation of orifice plate. We can provide fixed or adjustable choke valves with sizes of 2"&3" and pressures of 5000~15000psi(35~105Mpa).
1. Flow adjustment is indicated on a measuring scale;
2. Carbide alloy is embedded into cone head of valve bar and flow nipple, and plunger and orifice plate are made of special metal. Thus service life will be longer;
3. Indicated flow and end connecting mode (union or flange) are same as products in international market; 4. Fixed flow nipple in English system can be interchanged with other products.
