The entire production process generally includes: Bubble washing machine, Sorting machine, Brush washing machine, Pitting machine, Preheating machine,

Pulping&refining machine, Casing sterilizing machine, Aseptic filling machine.

Feature:

1.Bubble washing machine: Under the action of high-pressure water flow and strong air bubbles, the mango is fully dispersed, which can effectively remove surface dirt.

2.Sorting machine: Manual selection of cleaned mango and other fruits and removal of debris and spray pipes can be added to spray and clean the materials.

3.Pitting and Juicer machine: The double-channel pitting and beating machine can realize the functions of pitting, peeling, and beating at the same time.

4.Tubular preheater: Tubular preheater used to preheat the fruit pulp to kill enzymes while protecting the color of the juice from being damaged.

5.The beating and refining machine: PLC fully automatic control, variable frequency speed regulation or step-less speed change, the contact part with the material is made of high-quality stainless steel.

6.Casing sterilizer: It adopts a multi-layer casing structure, which is specially used for the sterilization of concentrated fruit and vegetable juice and other high-viscosity materials.

2. Delivery Time

    Depending on your quantity, for goods we have in stock. Delivery takes few days to comply with your

    request to replace the plug or other configurations. For regular order, by ocean shipping takes 20-40 

    days. For small machines, express delivery for 3-8 days.

3. Deviation

       There might be sightly difference in color, because of the computer monitor settings .

       With the difference in the measurement method, please allow 1-3cm in size deviation.
