Product Description
This machine is composed of the following parts: extrusion main machine - extrusion die head - three-roller calendering and shaping - traction mechanism - cutting machine
The structure of the extrusion host:
1. Material of screw and barrel: 38CrMoAl nitriding treatment, which has the advantages of wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and is durable. 2. Main motor form: AC motor controlled by inverter, long-diameter screw with good plasticization, and the quality of the pulled out sheet. 3. Reducer: special reducer for extruder, hard tooth surface, high torque, high speed, low noise. 4. Filter: The double-station hydraulic quick-change screen is used, which is convenient for operation and improves production efficiency. 5. Heater: Cast aluminum heating ring, fast heating speed, shorten the startup time.

Product Overview
PP thick plate production line: PP thick plate is widely used in chemical industry, food industry, anti-corrosion industry, purification industry, and environmental protection equipment production industry. The 2000mm wide PP thick plate production line can use two machines in series to manufacture glass fiber reinforced PP thick plate.
PE Thick Plate Production Line: Polyethylene (HDPE) plates are widely used in chemical, electric power and other industries.
HDPE boards can also be used as engineering plastics in machinery, chemical and other equipment, and are widely used in the manufacture of ice hockey rink wall panels.
