1.APPLICATION:
The machine is made up of three parts: main machine, auxiliary machine and electric control box. It has the properties of wind selection, having no sieve or net, and an even granularity of the processed material. The production process going on continuously, the machine can undertake the grinding of chemical products, food,medcine, medicament, cosmetics, plastic, dyestuff, resin, cotourant, grain, etc.The machine can be applied to the following materials:tea,sugar,ginger,leaf,moringa,herb,turmeric,pepper,mushroom,cocoa,gypsum,dry fruit,dates,arabic gum etc.
2.WORKING PRINCIPLE:
Material enters the mill chamber via screw conveyor where it is sheared and milled by fast-rotating blades. The powder passes the guide ring and enters the classifier chamber. As the classification wheel is in rotation, both air force and centrifugal force act on the powder. As the particles whose diameters are greater than the critical diameter (diameter of the classification particles) have a greater mass,they are thrown back into the mill chamber to be ground again,while the particles whose diameters are smaller than the critical diameter enter cyclone separator and dust-collecting box.
3.MAIN FEATURE:
1) Simple structure, easy in installation and maintenance.
2) Adopting advanced world famous brand motor, electric parts,bearing and operation parts.
3) No dust during production, and dust can be collected in dust collecting box.
4)No need screen, particle size can be changed by change speed; particle size varies from 80 to 600 mesh.
5) Around mill chamber and bearing, there is water-cooling jacket to cool the machine.
