This Carbon rod making machine can be used to extrude charcoal stick, biomass stick of different diameters (diameter range: 15-65mm) in cylinder or square shape without hole through different moulds from charcoal dust or charcoal powder. Working Principle about  Carbon rod making machine

 The Carbon rod making machine is a machine for making strips of the same shape in the form of powdered raw coal. The working principle is: the motor transmits the power to the transmission via the V-belt, the transmission output shaft transmits the power to the propeller shaft through the floating coupling, and the propeller on the propeller shaft pushes the coal material out through the forming die to produce an ideal High pressure coal rod.
