1.Charcoal Dust Coal Powder Rod Extruder Charcoal Rods Forming Extruder Machine adopts a hard tooth surface reducer, which has small volume and high bearing capacity.
2. The inner impeller of the Charcoal Dust Coal Powder Rod Extruder Charcoal Rods Forming Extruder Machineadopts thickened blade design, and the impeller and the inner liner of the cylinder are made of wear-resistant precision casting materials, and the service life is 4-5 times higher than that of ordinary materials.
3. Charcoal Dust Coal Powder Rod Extruder Charcoal Rods Forming Extruder Machine head is made of replaceable wear-resistant alloy steel, which is convenient to replace. It is a circular (or hexagonal) shape that squeezes the fuel pulverized coal into a certain strength .
1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (size is about 3-5mm), if your raw material size is big;
2. Dry the material by the dryer machine or dried it in the sun, till the moisture is less than 8%- 12%; if your raw material moisture content is higher than 8-12%;
3. Put the dried material into feeding inlet of briquette machine by worker or by screw conveyor;
4. Produce the briquette from the dried material without any additive by the wood briquette machine;
5. Carbonized the briquette and become charcoal briquette.
*Whole working process to make charcoal briquettes
1. Crush the raw material to the sawdust if the raw material size is big;
2. Dry the crushed material to the suitable mositure content if the raw mateiral moisutre content is over 8-12%;
3. Put the dried material into feeding inlet of briquette machine by worker or by screw conveyor;
4. Produce the briquette from the dried material without any additive by the wood briquette machine;
5. Carbonized the briquette and become charcoal briquette.
