Production Description about Biomass Rice Husk Briquette Machine
Sawdust compactor is used to make sawdust into semi-carbon bar.It has an automatic control heating system.The by-products of this machine can be used to heat boilers, fireplaces, etc., for indoor heating.Using the inherent characteristics of wood raw materials, wood raw materials are made into micro-fiber lignin plastics by screw extrusion, high temperature and high pressure to form fuel rods.It is the main equipment for making rod - like solid fuel from wood chips, rice husks or peanut shells.Raw material dried by dryer (8-12%) will form fuel at high pressure and temperature.In this process, no adhesives or toxic chemicals are required.

The most suitable size is 3-5mm , if you raw material is too larger you can use our wood crusher to deal ithe raw material.
The raw material could be : coconut shell, sawdust, woodchips, bamboo shavings, tree bark, chestnut shell, cotton stalk, corn stalk, corn cob, sugarcane waste, shrugs, etc.
