Function description:
ZCQYK insulating glass intelligent inflator, the argon charging machine has 10 channels of flow independent real-time display function. The main engine of the argon charging machine and the argon bottle are on the same work vehicle, which is more convenient for on-site mobile operation. The inflator can be filled with 10 hollow glass cavities at one time. The inflator has two inflating modes: argon charging controlled by content detection and argon charging controlled by timing. When charging with the content method, the content of argon that needs to be filled into the insulating glass can be set manually in advance. After the inflator is started, the charging machine will automatically measure the content of argon filled into the insulating glass cavity, and the charging will be completed after reaching the set content. The charging time is calculated according to the cavity volume of the insulating glass and the flow rate of the inflator. When the charging time is reached, the charging time is set. When the charging time is reached, the inflator stops the charging of argon, and the sound and light indicate the end of the charging.
Range of adaptation:
The argon charging machine is suitable for argon charging of rubber baffle, aluminum baffle, insulating glass, warm edge strip, decorative strip and inner blind curtain of insulating glass.
