Brief introduction
Screw solid liquid separator is used to reduce the water content of animal dung, acid-sludge, biogas slurry, medicine dregs, kitchen rubbish, and many other dregs.

*//4.Manioc waste, tea slag, sweet potato waste, maize pulp, bagasse, medicine dregs, wpp d pulp fiber, paper pulp fiber, bean dregs, coffee grounds and so on.

Features
**//1.cow dung dewater machine is used to reduce the water content of sawdust, animal dung, cow dung, acid-sludge, kitchen rubbish, and many other dregs.
**//2. If the raw materials are solid, when the moisture are more than 60-90%, the machine could reduce the moisture to about 50%.
**//3. If the raw material is liquid, the moisture in the raw material can be 60-70%, and the moisture of final product is about 40-50%, there will be no water when you press it by hands. After processing by this machine, the final products could be used as raw material of organic fertilizer or biomass briquette.
**//4.The main purpose of this machine is to separate animal maunre into two types of fertilizer,i.e. liquid type organic fertilizer and solid type organic fertilizer.
Working principle
**//1.Sludge pump in the manure pits upgrade the original fecal residue to solid -liquid separator, the extrusion screw which is installed in the mesh will push the original fecal residue to move forward by 46 rev/min speed.
**//2.Dry product will come out from discharge outlet by pressing of cylinder. The liquid which is filtered through the sieve mesh will flow into the conditioning tanks.
