carefully manufactured with many years of production experience. The gear transmission is selected to avoid the
slippage of the traditional belt drive and the phenomenon of excessive belt wear. , And designed different models and
multiple models. It is an ideal processing machine for feed processing of farmers.
Uses and features of pellet machine:
1. This machine is mainly suitable for the processing of rabbits, fish, ducks, chickens, shrimps, pigs, deer, cattle, sheep
and industrial pellets. It is widely used in industry, plastic pellets, organic fertilizer pellets, wood pellets, etc.
2. Corn does not need to be crushed and can be added directly. The granular feed processed by this machine has a smooth surface and moderate hardness. The temperature rises during the processing and can better maintain the nutrients in the raw materials. (Note: Corn is added without crushing, and the granular composition is not uniform as much as possible.)
3. The particles are uniform in composition and neat in shape. The pore size of the particles can be divided into: ∮3,
∮4, ∮5, ∮6, ∮7, ∮8, etc. When ordering, users can choose according to the needs of different growth periods of the
farmed animals.
4. Through squeezing, it can kill common pathogenic microorganisms and parasites, and can prevent the occurrence of
some diseases. Due to the low moisture content of the pellet feed, it is easy to store, and can be kept in the original state
for a long time in the water, which greatly improves the utilization rate of the feed.
Precautions of pellet machine:
1. When using, pay attention to the fact that there should be no foreign matter such as stones and iron blocks in the raw
materials. After more than ten shifts of work, the rollers need to be disassembled, and high temperature and grease
resistance should be added to the bearings to make the rollers work well and prolong the service life of the bearings.
2. During granulation, it is strictly forbidden for the pressure roller to contact with the template to run idly, and at the
same time lock the pressure plate nut to avoid loosening and damaging the spindle keyway.
3. If the pellets are broken or not compacted, the crude fiber feed formula should be reduced to less than 50%.
4. There is no granulation and no discharge during granulation. The template should be removed, and after opening the
hole one by one, some fiber feed should be added appropriately to restart the pelletizing.
5. The tightness of the belt should be checked frequently, the oil seal of the gearbox should be replaced in time if there is
oil leakage, and the bearing in the machine head should be checked for oil shortage.
