Brief introduction of hydroponic fodder machine
1) Used for growing fresh green grass or sprouts seedling from seeds. Hydroponic is ideal grass for animal, poultry and livestock.
2) Used for making all kinds of green sprouts, such as various bean sprouts, cedrela sinensis, canopy seedling, pea seedlings, groundnut sprouts, turnip sprouts, chives, blanched garlic leaves, pine willow seedlings, double cane seedlings, wheat seedling, buckwheat seedling, barley seedling,, etc.
3) This machine can also promote the growth of grass forage, shorten the growth cycle of sprouts, especially in winter or low room temperature. It can also be used to grow fodder within the whole year around.
4) Used for canteens, dining rooms, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, farmers' market and army life center. Especially used for ocean vessel, since it is convenient and with high productivity.
Barley sprout growing process
People only need to put barley into the boxes, it can automatic produce bean seedling. 1kg bean can produce about 8-12kg bean sprouts. It needs 3-5 days to grow for the raw seeds.
Features of hydroponic fodder machine
1. The framework of this hydroponic fodder machine is made of stainless steel. Wall of galvanized steel plate, which has functions of thermal insulation,waterproof, anti-rust.
2. This machine is equipped with LCD touch screen computer controller, which can adjust the temperature and spray the seeds automatically. This machine can also add water automatically.
3. The core of this machine uses the ministry of electronics industry development of temperature control chip, which can carry dozens of probes, the sensitivity is top high in this field.
4. The water tank inside this machine is made of stainless steel. With temperature display, high temperature alarm, automatic pouring water, display of pouring water time interval, display of pouring water delay, manual water spray.
5. The sprouts trays of this fodder is made of LLDPE material, food safety standard, avirulent insipidity, strong and no deformation, discoloration, high strength of bearing string shape of elongated dale. The sprouts won't plug the hole of the tray, no standing water. Good permeable effect, to prevent the sprouts for high humidity. Life time could be 6-10 years.
6. The design of this machine can grow high output green fodder. The product cycle could be shorted within 4-5 days.
