The raw material is Corn and rice.(If corn should be crushed into Corn Grits.no need mix with anything. Rice no need to crushing.)
When begin use the machine,should let machine run several minutes first.
Then put little wet corn grits,that is because at the beginning,machine temperature is low and load is high. When produce the good puffing stick,you can put more corn grits in.
At the beginning,The machine puffing screw temperature is low,so the rice will
Upturn.about 5 minutes continuous working.After the puffing temperature go high,the good quality rice stick will come out.
When Finished,please let the machine idle away 15-30 seconds.Then power off.
And seperate the machine head,then clean.
The hardness and crunchy of the puffing food is based on the rice quantity and moisture,should control input quantity or replace dry rice, or change the screw.
