Pultrusion process is a kind of process method for continuous produce the FRPpultruded profiles which have same section and same dimensions.Make this process device and equipment is FRP pultrusion equipment.This system consist of roving racks, resin bath, mould calibrating table, to-and-fro traction machine, cutting saw, racks for finished products and control system. The machine can produce various FRP Pultrusion Profiles only need different molds, the profiles include Square tubes, Rectangular tubes, Round tubes, L Angles, I Beams,C Channels, and Rod fiberglass pultruded profile etc. |

Depending on the traction, hydraulic pultrusion machine is divided into: 12 Tons, 16 Tons, 20 tons 25T, 30T and 35T. Choose traction depends on the size of FRP profiles specifications.

Work process |
Pultrusion is a continuous molding process that can produce FRP products of infinitely long constant sections.The raw material contains liquid resin mixture(including resin,filler and special addictive)and reinforsed fiber(including fiberglass roving,mat and fabric).Reinforced fiber is pulled by traction device,wetted by resin mixture,extruded into a certain shape through the heated die and released into a constant FRP profiles.
Hydraulic type pultrusion machine is controlled by PLC, which adopts hydraulic pressure type to-and-fro as traction force with pneumatic length-fixing cutting.
