Explanation: TCB301 bimetal bushing is backed with high quality low carbon steel with tin-lead-bronze alloy(CuSn10Pb10) sintered on its surface. It has high fatigue strength, load capacity and impact strength.To effectively decrease abrasion, its alloy surface can be machined with ball shaped oil sockets for easier oil storage. When necessary, it could be plated copper or tin on the steel back. It can be applied to conditions of mediate load with mediate or high running belocity and conditions with enormous impact load. In mechanical applications, TCB301 is used to make wrapped bushes, thrust washer and bushes on connecting rod level of gas engine.

Packing Details: Anti-rust Paper, Carton, Wood Case or Pallet.
1. Inner Packing
For small products: 100pcs-200pcs per sealed plastic bag.
For bigger products 1: 2pcs-10pcs per plastic film roller (depends on the product size)
For bigger products 2: 2pcs-10pcs per plastic film roller (depends on the product size)
2. Outer Packing
8pcs-300pcs per carton (depends on the product size)
18-24 cartons per wood case or pallet, shockproof and safe for transportation.
