The sampling kit is based on Hank's solution. The solution contains inorganic salts, amino acids, and protein-stable ingredients. The sampling kit has a stable osmotic pressure, which provides a stable transport and storage environment for nasopharyngeal swab samples. Samples are sent to the laboratory for follow-up testing

◈ The collected nasopharyngeal swab samples should be transported at 2°C-8°C and submitted for inspection immediately. Sample transportation and storage should be completed within 48 hours.

Material: Swine Encephalitis B virus
Method: Utilize GENFINE S303 and the other two manufactures’ virus preservation reagent (Pharyngeal swab included), and dilute the virus samples 1000 times to do an accelerated testing at 55. Repeats it every group.
Result: There is no degradation of Swine Encephalitis B virus in GENFINE S303 (1000 times dilution) at 55℃ for 72 hrs and the Ct value is much better than in our competitors’. It indicates that GENFINE’s inactivated preservation reagent can effectively inhibit DNA/RNA degradation and can provide high-quality virus nucleic acids for downstream application.
