Oil gas hot water boiler:
The gas-fired boiler computer control system is an integrated design control system, that is, it controls and detects all auxiliary components of the boiler and related instruments (such as burner, water level electrode, pressure controller and temperature sensor). While the system is equipped with automatic operation function, it is also equipped with manual operation function and parameter setting function for commissioning. It has the advantages of high intelligence, strong applicability, convenient operation, perfect safety system, wide function selectivity and strong system expansion ability.
Product features:
1. Computer intelligent control, high integration and strong operability;
2. Chinese LCD display, led operation indication, all functions, parameter information and fault prompt are displayed in Chinese, which is clear to the user at a glance;
3. Touch panel: it adopts sensible touch mode, and is equipped with key sound and real-time shielding function to reduce the misoperation rate;
4. The control cabinet controls the machine and pump in an integrated way, directly controls the circulating pump, combustion machine, make-up water pump and other auxiliary parts, and depressurizes and starts the high-power components;
5. Compatible with various display / control instruments, such as water level electrode, electrode point pressure gauge, temperature sensor, pressure sensor, etc;
6. Set the automatic / manual operation function to realize the mutual standby and free switching of manual / automatic operation;
7. Short circuit, open circuit and over range protection shall be implemented for load sensors, and line break protection function shall be added for detection components;
8. Add the parameter setting function that cannot be realized by the traditional strong current control cabinet to digitize the operation of the boiler unit;
9. It has the function of 4-period timing on-off, which can improve the operability of the boiler unit and save fuel consumption at the same time.
