NingBo Newkind houseware Co.,LTD is the professional supplier in China for door,window,furniture and glass hardware, We have our own logo ULOVEWAY which are good sale all over the world. Especially the door locks and window locks furniture handles our advantage items.The products sales well to European,U.S.A,Middle east market and south American market. In our partner factory have 4 engineers which have more than 20 years experience and develop mould fast. Every month we could developed more than 10 new products. And till now we have more than thousands moulds in the factory. Also we have 4 QC. Who help control the quality well. And totally about 60 workers. Our ability for each month is about is about 10 containers products.In factory also have the 4 auto zinc die cast machine and 2 auto Aluminum die cast machine. The biggest product we could do is 6KG. and also have own polished workshop.So each parts detail we could control the quality well by ourself especially the surface color. And nearly all of the surface color we can done, such like ORB, Antique color and others plated color. The goods packing normally are in the very nice blister card or hanging bag. We have designers who can make such packing designs also.

Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We have a professional export team which have more than 16 years export experience which goods are focus on the home decoration products. And also have our factory which more than 20 years produce experience for door,window and furniture hardware accessories. Such as the door window and furniture lock,handle,hinges and rollers.
Q: we are more care about the quality, how we can trust you can control the quality well?
A:First, from raw material quality we buy the big company which can offer us the certificate, then every time raw material come back we will test them.
Second, from each week in Monday we will offer the produce detail report from our factory. It means you have a one eye in our factory.
Third, We are welcome you visit to test the quality. Or ask SGS or TUV to inspect the goods. And if the order more than 50k USD this charge we will afford.
Fourth, we have our own IS09001, CE and TUV certificate. We can be trust.
Q: What is your trading term?
A: We can accept O/A 30 or 60 days. If your company is real a company can be trust. As usual our payment is 30% T/T as deposit and70% T/T against the copy of B/L.We offer discount for big quantity.
Q: Can I have a sample order ?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.
Q: What about the lead time?
A: week for sample, mass production time needs 1-4 weeks depends on order quantity.
Q: Do you have any MOQ limit?
A: Low MOQ, 100pc as sample order is available.
Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-7days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 2%. Secondly,
during the guarantee period, for defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.

A: We accept OEM, ODM with customer's logo and packing design.
