How does a nut butter machine work | Peanut Butter Grinding Machine

The peanut butter machine is a machine for fine grinding of fluid materials. It is mainly composed of a shell, a stator, a rotor, an adjustment mechanism, a cooling mechanism, and a motor. Peanut butter machine is available in threem forms: vertical, horizontal and split. The peanut butter machine is driven by a motor, which drives the rotating teeth (or called the rotor) and the matching fixed teeth (or called the stator). There is an adjustable gap between the two grinding bodies. When the material passes through this gap, due to the high-speed rotation of the rotor, the speed of the material attached to the rotor urface increases, while the speed of the material attached to the stator surface is zero. This produces a sharp velocity gradient, so that the material is subjected to physical effects such as strong shearing, friction, high-frequency vibration, high-speed vortex, etc., so that the material is effectively emulsified, dispersed, homogenized and pulverized to achieve the effect of material pulverization and emulsification .
