A: We try to quote you within 24 hours, but it depends on the quantity and complexity of the drawings. If you are really in a
hurry, please call us or send us an email so that we can deal with it first.
Q: How do I get samples for quality inspection?
A: After quotation, if necessary, you can request samples to check the quality. As long as you pay the freight yourself, we will provide you with free samples (the value is below 20 and no tool investment is required).
Q: What is your lead time for mass production?
A: Sample production can be completed within 5 days at the earliest, and the batch production time depends on the quantity.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Payment ≤1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment ≥1000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.
Q: Can you design drawings for us?
A: Yes, we have a professional engineer design team.
