Rubber roller surface include EDPM (Ethylene-Propylene-Diene Monomer), Hypalon, NBR, LSR (Liquid silicone rubber), Solid Silicone,Polyurethane, etc. According to the working con-ditions, there is the need to be oil resistant and solvent resistant. The elasticity, flexibility, impact resistance, wear resistance and other physical properties of the lining can affect the quality of the rubber roller and service life.
High temperature makes rubber aging easily, so except for choosing the high quality rubber for roller surface, the design of roller core for cooling is also very important. The spiral runner design for large flow capacity is adopted making roller surface temperature more uniform and under control.
