Q1. Where is your factory ?
A1: Our company’s processing center is located in Liaocheng, Shandong,China.And we have our own warehouse in WuXi,JiangSu,China.
Which is well equipped with kinds of stainless steel plate/sheet, coil, round/square pipe, bar, channel, etc.
We can provide a wide range of personalized services according to the customers’ needs.

A4: Small samples in store and can provide the samples for free.
Customized samples will take about 5-7days.
Q5.How long can make delivery?
A5: For stock products,will make shipments in 2-5 days after receiving deposit or receiving T/T;
for products need new production for common materials,usually make shipments in 7-10 days;
for products need new products for special and rare materials,usually need 15-20 days to make shipment.
Q6. What's your payment terms?
A7: Down payments 30%TT and balance 70% TT or L/C.
Q7. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A8: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.
Airline and sea shipping also optional.
For mass products, ship freight is prefered.
