1、 Overview:

1. Pneumatic switch valve is mainly used as switch in powder material flow control system.  Usually used in series with flow control valve.  Pneumatic on-off valve is powered by the cylinder to realize the switching action.  

2. In structure, pneumatic switching valve and electric switching valve valve body is no difference, the main difference is to push the slider in the valve body to change the driving force of the valve position.  Pneumatic switch valve by the gas route (pipe) in the control air to the valve in the operating cylinder to push the piston to move the slider to change the valve body valve position;  The electric on/off valve is driven by the solenoid suction of the spiral coil to change the valve position of the body.  Because the pneumatic switch valve changes the valve position is through the air in the cylinder to form a certain pressure to promote the piston and slider to change the valve position, the actual control of the switch speed is relatively slow, and the electric switch valve current suction speed is relatively fast, so from the working speed of the electric switch valve action is faster.  

3. In addition, the control signal of the pneumatic switching valve is a pressure signal, which must be connected with a pipe and has a large volume;  The control signal of the electric switch valve is generally a current signal, which can be connected by wire, and there is no operation of the plunger, so the volume of the electric switch valve is smaller than that of the pneumatic switch valve.
