The filling base

The filling base adopts a negative pressure design, and the inside of the base is connected with the powder recovery device.

Filling combination

Capsule locking mechanism

The card slot type lock capsule plate has flexible adjustability, and can be fine-tuned at any time if the capsule lock is not in place, without adjusting the working position rod.

Device for cleaning die holes

The use of purified compressed air and intermittent gas impact technology solves the problem that the powder is easy to stick to
the upper and lower die holes due to the strong hygroscopicity of the powder during the production process, which causes the
capsule to be unable to separate normally, and effectively improves the probability of capsule loading.

Powder recovery device

Adopting negative pressure technology and an independent powder shunt system, during the production process, the small amount of
leaking powder in the filling base and the powder in the integrated powder inhaler are shunted and recovered to ensure that the
powder will not cross-contaminate with the recycled waste capsules. The powder can be directly produced by the machine again
without disinfection.
