EYH Series Two Dimensional Mixer
1,Principle
EYH Series Two Dimensional Mixer mainly consists of three big parts, namely, rotating cylinder, swinging rack and frame. The rotating cylinder lies on the swinging rack, supported by four whets and its axial fixation is done by two stop wheels. Two of four wheels are driven by rotating power system to make the cylinder rotate. The swinging rack is driven by a set of crankshaft swinging bar which is mounted on the frame and the swinging rack is supported on the frame.
2,Features:
The rotating cylinder of EYH Two Dimensional Mixer can make two motions at the same time. One is the rotation of the cylinder and the other is swinging of the cylinder along the swinging rack. Materials to be mixed will be rotated when the cylinder is rotating, and will be mixed from left to right and vice versa when the cylinder is swinging. As a result of these two motions, materials can be mixed full in a short time.
3,Applications:
It is widely used applied for the mixing of dry powder and granules of pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff, fodder, fertilizer and pesticide industries,especially suitable for the mixing of large quantities of materials.
Main Features
1. Feed inlet cover is equipped with vacuum feeding interface, can be quickly connected with vacuum feeding , realizing automatic feeding, to reduce labor intensity, increases efficiency and also achieving dust - free operation, do not pollute the workshop environment, in line with GMP standard
2. Mixing barrel is equipped with the material discharging board so that the machine has large charging coefficient ,fast and uniform mixing,convenient discharging...
3. The discharging device adopts vacuum butterfly valve,with easy operation, the discharge volume can be controlled, no dust.
4. The main body of machine is made of high-quality stainless steel ,with precision polished, easy to clean smooth surface , in line with GMP requirements.
Normally , our machine is with sea worthy packing , such as fumigation wooden case and so on .
For the shipping time , it is around 30~150 days depends on the size of the machine bought.
