Product Description
I. Brief introduction
The LABSNOVA Jacketed Glass Reactors are mainly used for synthetic reaction, crystallization and concentration of different types of materials in a controlled temperature and vacuum environment. It finds a multitude of uses in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries, in research and development, in manufacturing and quality assurance, in laboratories, and in plant construction. We manufacture Glass Reactors from laboratory scale 1-5L to pilot prodution scale 10-200L. Support customization, provide TURNKEY SYSTEMS solution.
LABSNOVA manufacture single layer, double layer and three layers glass reactors. Each reactor features adjustable stirring speeds and a constant pressure feeding funnel that allows you to add material to the vessel at a uniform and controlled speed. The built-in condenser makes it possible to recover some materials, also at a controlled rate of speed. Condenser helps to recover some materials distillated during reaction. Circulating liquid can be filled into the jacket to heat or cool materials inside. Three layers glass reactor with two jackets, the inner jacket is for circulating liquid, and the outer layer should be pumped to vacuum condition for thermal insulation.
Jacketed Glass Reactors (double layer) WKS-5 can be made into system devices with Circulating Water Vacuum Pump, Diaphragm Vacuum Pump, Circulating Chiller, heater chiller.
