Product Description
Ansen pipe repair bandage is a fast curing tape composed of flexible fiberglass mesh impregnated with water activated polyurethane resin. Our repair bandage is mainly used to repair, reinforce and protect oil, gas, water etc pipeline. It adheres to metal, plaster, pvc, copper, rubber, concrete, wood, ceramic etc. It can be applied on cracked, fractured, corroded, damaged and leaking pipes, around difficult shapes including straight lengths, tee and elbow joints.

Direction for Use
Operation Precautions:
1. Please note pipe or hole should be shut down not under pressure before operation.
2.The bandage cannot resist water 100%, pls take sealing measures before wrap it. you can use putty or other sealing product.
3.Immerse bandage in room temperature water (21-24ºC) for 4-6 seconds.
4.The bandage should be wraped at least 10 layers on the damaged part/area of the pipe.
5.The whole operation should be finished in 3-5 minutes, otherwise the bandage will be harden.
6. After wrapping bandage , spray water on the surface and smooth the surface to achive good adhesion.
