Machine Introduction:
It is a complete, economical solution to your filling production line requirements. The technological process of the whole line of milk powder packaging machine: cans unscrambled cans, empty cans sterilization, double-head canning machine, vacuum nitrogen filling and sealing machine, can cleaning machine, can turner, manual packing station.
This machine can measuring and filling powder and granular. It consists of the filling Head, an independent motorized chain conveyor and a pneumatic positioning system, which can be combined with a bottle unscrambler, a capping machine, a labeling machine, etc. to form a complete filling line. Suitable for fluidic or low-fluidity materials, such as, milk/protein powder, veterinary medicines, condiments, powdered additives, glucose, solid beverages, talcum powder, pesticides, etc.

This Model Features:
1.The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel, can be customized 316L stainless steel;
2. The large filling head is used for quick filling and the small filling head is used for accurate filling, this design greatly improves filling speed and accuracy;
3.Equipped with weigh checking function, when the weight is insufficient, return to continue filling to set weight;
4.The combination of whole sealed, stainless steel and plexiglass box, can open by sideway ,make the clean easily;
5.You can store 10 kinds of working parameters in the machine, multi languages are displayed in touch screen;
