Principle and structure of V-type mixer

Machine Principle and Structure
One end of the machine is equipped with a motor and a reducer. The power of the motor is transmitted to the reducer through a belt, and the reducer is then transmitted to the V-barrel through a coupling. The V-shaped barrel is continuously operated to drive the materials in the barrel to mix up, down, left and right in the barrel.
Application of V-type mixer
It is suitable for the mixing of powder and granule with good fluidity and small difference in physical properties, and the mixing of materials with low requirement of mixing degree and short mixing time. Because the material in V-type mixing container flows smoothly and does not destroy the original shape of materials, V-type mixer is also suitable for the mixing of granular materials which are fragile and easy to wear, or finer powder, block and contain a certain amount of water. Material mixing is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries.
